Terms and Condtions
- Completing commissions can take time. If you have a deadline, please let me know. Progress will be tracked on my trello.
- I will do my best to respond to your inquiries promptly, but I am not available 24/7. Please have patience with communications.
- Visual references are preferred. While I can work from text descriptions, it is more difficult.
- If you want me to design your character or their clothing, that will be subject to extra charges.
Additional Fees May Apply For:
-Detailed Armor
-Large or Detailed Accessories
-Complex tattoos, markings, wings, tail, horns, ets
-Pets, mounts, machines, etc
-Large/Multiple Revisions beyond sketch stage.I Will Not Draw:
-Extreme gore (blood is okay)
-Art that promotes hatred, bigotry, or is insensitiveI have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.
Commissions will have various approval stages.
- Sketch. You will get two sketch updates before the piece is done to completion - one very rough pose sketch, and a refined version that includes all details to be added. Please make any requests for changes during this sketch stage.- Lineart. Before moving on to colors, I like to check and make sure that the lineart has captured the details that were agreed upon during the sketch approval stage. Small corrections are no cost, but large changes will incur additional fees.- Flat Colors. At the flat color stage, I want to make sure that the colors are correct as per your preferences. Color adjustments won't have any additional fees attached. Be prepared to offer a color swatch if needed.- I will do revisions at the end if I have made any mistakes that were discussed earlier in the commission, but once the second sketch is approved no major edits will be done. Please make sure to address any concerns you may have during the sketch phase - better to do this early than to have a large revision in the final piece.
By buying a commission from me you agree to all terms and conditions below. These terms are stated for my own protection as an artist.Commission Terms:
- PayPal payments are preferred.
- Payment will be collected before work will begin. Higher cost commissions can be discussed to have a 50/50 payment plan instead.
- I keep track of my progress on Trello. You’ll get a link to it in your initial quote.- There are no refunds once the work is completed. If you unexpectedly need to cancel your commission before it is finished, then the refund amount will be adjusted according to how much progress has been made on the piece.
- You, the client, can re-post your commission: it is for your personal, private use (such as icons, profile images, forum signatures, additions to personal galleries, printouts for yourself). Limited alterations of the artwork, such as cropping or adding text, are permitted as long as it’s for your personal use.- Do not edit out my signature when sharing to personal galleries or printing it.- Do not repurpose the art for logos or any other commercial advertisement.- Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs)- Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for AI use or training.
